Nuestra tradicional Cena de Shabbat, se lleva acabo en el Restaurante La Doña un menu a 4 manos por el Chef Gabriel Ordoñez y Manuel Galvan.

Our traditional Shabbat dinner will take place this year at the restaurant La Doña, a menu made by Chef Gabriel Ordoñez and Manuel Galvan.

Coliflor rostizada al horno de leña “La Doña”
Roasted cauliflower in our wood fired oven, marinated in dehydrated tomato chimichurri, with aged cheese dressing.

Lightly cured vegetables with crunchy pita -Baby carrots
-Papaya
-Cucumber

Dips
-Green hummus -Citric labhne

Tiradito de atún fresco “ La Doña”
Seared tuna peruvian ceviche with Jamaica crust, avocado spheres, soy vinaigrette and serrano
pepper.

Choose one Main Course.

1) Salmón en costra de pistache “La Doña”
Pistachio crusted salmon with rustic mashed potatoes and and sautéed baby tomatoes, pumpkin flower and huitlacoche.

2) Lamb barbacoa
Slow cook for 12 hours lamb marinated in adobe of five chili peppers, roasted sauce and homemade tortilla.

3) Vegetarian Option.
Mixiote stuffed with local wild mushrooms in its own juice, wrapped in saint leaf

Arroz con leche “La Doña”
Homemade rice baked in different textures with a mix of three types of milk, vanilla, raisins and blueberries with caramelized pistachios.

Pan de Elote
Corn bread with Gloria de Linares sauce, ice cream of burnt milk and marzipan.
